Digital Accountability Project

Online accountability is our first priority. Document the hate. Show the patterns. Ask platforms to act on their own rules.

Evidence first. Then answers.

Our first priority

Platforms must answer for how they handle racist abuse, dehumanization and threats against South Asian Americans. ASAHC’s Digital Accountability Project will turn documented evidence into demands for enforcement, transparency and change.

Document the abuse

Build a clear record of public anti-South Asian hate: what is being said, how it spreads, and how platforms respond when it is reported. Publish findings that people can inspect and use.

Demand platform action

Press platforms to enforce their rules on threats and targeted harassment, explain failures, and show what they have changed. Track their responses and keep public attention on unresolved abuse.

Organize public pressure

Bring families, researchers and community leaders together to make clear, evidence-backed demands. Put documented patterns before journalists, institutional leaders and the companies responsible for the platforms.

Build the team

This is our founding priority. Researchers, technologists, writers and organizers have a role in turning it into sustained action. Bring the skills that can make our community harder to ignore.
